Students have the opportunity to receive merit and Indiana School Choice scholarships, as well as need-based tuition assistance and discounts, making a high-quality education within reach for families. The goal is to provide each student with the chance to thrive academically and personally.

Tuition Assistance Program
Application for consideration of need-based tuition assistance is open to all applicants.

Families should first complete an online admission application.

They may then submit the application for tuition assistance.
Awards are based on financial need and the availability of funds. The application is confidentially administered through FACTS, a third-party tuition assistance provider. The deadline for tuition assistance is March 1. Consideration may be given to those who complete the application after this date.

Merit Scholarships Program
Applicants in grades 6-12 are considered for one of our competitive merit scholarships and receive up to a 50% reduction in tuition. Awards are determined by a holistic review of academic records, co-curricular achievement, admission testing, and a written essay. Scholarships may be renewed annually.
We Value Our Community Partners
Day School provides an automatic, renewable tuition discount for any student whose legal guardian is employed full time at any of the institutions listed below. Any student who is admitted to Evansville Day School will automatically receive up to 25% scholarship for preschool and 50% scholarship for grades K-12 to be applied toward tuition.

Multi-Child Discount
Evansville Day School offers a multiple-child discount to families paying full tuition with three or more children enrolled.
- The third or youngest child enrolled receives a 33% tuition discount.
- Fourth or youngest child enrolled and beyond receives a 50% tuition discount.
Payment Options
Day School offers all families annual, semi-annual, and 10-month payment options to increase affordability by dispersing tuition costs throughout the course of the school year.
