Kate MeachamEvansville Day School has some incredible alumni, and Kate Meacham 2016 is no exception. This week, she begins her junior year at Mount Holyoke College, where she is majoring in Religion with a minor in Entrepreneurship, Organizations, and Society (EOS). Kate is also the President and Co-Founder of the Entrepreneurship Club, a leader in the Outing Club, and participates in student and faculty choreographed dance performances as part of the Five College Consortium Dance Department.

This fall, she will take on a new adventure, traveling abroad to Rabat, Morocco, where she will pursue religion and culture studies through a French language immersion program.

In addition to these incredible experiences, Kate participated in the Draper Competition for Collegiate Women Entrepreneurs during her sophomore year, placing first in the Conway Center Five-College category, as well as winning the Grinspoon Competition concept award for her startup business.

Kate embodies and lives out Day School's Portrait of a Graduate as a balanced, resilient, globally minded, entrepreneurial learner. We know she will continue on this path to great things, and we are excited to see the heights to which she will climb in college and beyond. Go, Kate!
