Evansville Day School is pleased to introduce the newest members of our Board of Trustees. The Day School community is fortunate to add this talented group of EDS parents to an already impressive Board.

In 1998, she received her master’s in counseling from Butler University. She currently serves as the operations manager for Ben Shoulders’s campaign for County Commissioner.

Jenn is a member of the executive team of TEDxEvansville and is facilitating the curatorial process for 2016. Previously, Jenn volunteered with Leadership Evansville before assuming the Assistant Director role. From 2011—2013, Jenn was the political director for the Vanderburgh County Democratic Party. Married to Joab Schultheis, they have two children enrolled at Evansville Day School, Peyton (’17) and Will (’21).

Jenn says, “Although my kids have been a part of the school community since 2002, never before have I felt this excited about EDS' current and future direction. I look forward to serving Day School as a Board member.”

Paul Saunders is the founder and President of eLuxurySupply.com, an ecommerce business specializing in the manufacture and sale of various bed, bath, and home soft goods. Jeffrey D. Kelsey is the franchisee owner of nine area Penn Station East Coast Subs restaurants, which he operates with this wife, Kendra. He is also President of the restaurants’ parent company, TriState Cheesesteaks, LLC. Mr. Kelsey is a 1994 graduate of Vincennes University and has over 26 years of restaurant experience. He has been on the Penn Station Franchisor Advisory Council for 11 years and has also been recognized as Franchisee of the Year in 2008. Recently, Jeff became an elected board member to the Indiana Restaurant Association, representing the Southwestern Region of the state of Indiana. Jeff, a native of Olney, IL, employs roughly 150 people and personally manages a $5 million annual budget with his company. Additionally, Jeff has run his company with the lowest controllable costs in comparison to all other markets in the Penn Station system for 10 consecutive years.

Jeff loves golfing, exploring interesting places and spending time with his family. He also enjoys being active in a variety of EDS activities, including participating as the chairperson of the Friend’s of EDS Fall Festival booth for the last couple years. He and his wife Kendra live in Evansville with their two children, Mia (‘26) and William (‘28).

Jeffrey says, "I too am very excited in joining the Board at EDS!  Both our children started in Jr. Pre-K and I plan on them to continue through Upper School.  My wife and I both believe there is nothing more we could give to them than the life-long values, memories & learning they attain each day at EDS.  I look forward to contributing to all the students with my time on the EDS Board.”
